Spratti tangles with the X-Men
Posted on: Friday 6th June, 2008
A group of friends that clearly love the X-Men recently commissioned me to produce a themed caricature for their good friend's 30th birthday.
Each of them chose their X-Men character, sent me their photos and I did the rest, they loved it and wrote the following:-
"I received the caricature today and let me tell you it's awesome. It easily exceeds what I had pictured... Sonia loved the gift it captured her perfectly, she couldn't stop smiling. Everyone at the party loved it too, we were seen in a different light the entire night. The next day she insisted on seeing your website
so she can start getting ideas for the next birthday! The next time we need to portray our family and friends in a humorous way, the name 'Spratti" will instantly come to mind.
Thank you for helping us provide Sonia with the perfect gift.
Jonathon, Dwayne, Zita and Joseph."

21st Birthday Gifts Are Proving Popular
Posted on: Thursday 1st May, 2008
I have been doing quite a number of 21st birthday gift caricatures lately. It seems when someone receives a "Spratti" caricature at their 21st the other guests see it and want one for the next 21st birthday they go to.
Here is a testimonial from a customer who ordered one last week with the caricature below it.
"Glennis here, just to let you know that Peter just loved your caricature of him. He just laughed and said "This is AWSOME". We had a Party for him on Saturday night and he was showing all his friends and they just loved it. Every time someone turned up at the Party that was the first thing he showed them. So Phil, He was very happy indeed and I was so pleased that he loved it. He came up to me later in the evening and said "MUM IT'S THE BEST PRESENT."
I hope that I will be a client of yours again in the very near future. Many thanks. Kind Regards Glennis."
"The most meaningful gift to give and receive"
Posted on: Wednesday 27th February, 2008
Here is a recent testimonial a customer sent to me that shows a Spratti caricature is not your average gift.
"Dad
absolutely loved it, when he opened it he did a double take and then
was gob smacked, he gave me the biggest hug and had tears in his eyes,
he just couldn't believe it, truly the best present I have ever given
him and I think the most meaningful present he has ever received. The
picture now hangs proudly in the kitchen by the front door, so everyone
who enters the house can see it on display, but he always shows them
again anyway because he is so proud, he particularly loved the pipe
organ and couldn't believe the detail you put into it, and all from a
couple of photos!
Thank you so so much, we all love it!!
Cheers

Till next time.

I have been kept busy of late producing a number of 21st birthday gift caricatures. They are popular gift idea and make a unique and memorable present for such a landmark occasion, it's something that will be enjoyed for years.
Below is a copy of a recent 21st caricature I did. I have listed some of her interests to give you an idea of the amount of additional personal detail I include at no extra charge. I find the extra detail gives everybody a laugh and is a lasting celebration of the individuals life.

Spratti caricatures will be opened all over Australia this Christmas!
Posted on: Tuesday 11th December, 2007
As you have probably guessed by now that if you want a caricature for this Christmas sadly it is too late. I have been taking orders for Christmas for the last two months, so it pays to get in early.
Maybe there is a special birthday or retirement coming up where a Spratti caricature would be the perfect gift?
Then again there is always next Christmas, just remember to book in early.
Have a great Christmas and see you in the New Year.
Kind regards

Here is what my customers say!

Hi Phil,
!!!...AWESOME...!!! That was the first word to come out of mine
and my brothers mouth when we first saw the caricature you did for him for his 21st birthday.
I was sooo totally amazed with it, I couldn't take my eyes of it. The
way you captured all the fine details in his face made it look so
real.. Everything to do with his life past and present were featured in
it, all the different colours and details were just great.
I had imagined what it would look like and when I finally saw it, it
took my breath away, my eyes felt like they were going to pop out. I
couldn't stop raving on to everyone about it, and when he finally
unwrapped it they were as gob smacked as I was when I first saw it.
I would have to say it was the best present I could ever give someone.
The way you made it so personal and unique made it that much more
special.
Kindest and warmest regards,
Ngahine R

People wanting to give a Spratti caricature as a Christmas gift have already started placing their orders which is just as well as this can be a busy time. As each caricature I create is an individual piece of artwork and not an off the shelf product it is wise to order early. Contact me today if you want to give that special someone a gift that they will enjoy for years this Christmas.
Nashville Caricature - a piece of cake!
Posted on: Tuesday 14th August, 2007
Here is a recent testimony that turned out to be a piece of cake!
"I just wanted to thank you for the WONDERFUL caricature you did for my husband's 50th surprise birthday party here in Nashville, TN.
I framed the 11x17 piece of artwork you sent, and then used the same artwork on the invitations AND the cake! When the time came at the party for him to open his main gift (the caricature), everyone laughed because they had seen the image so many times and his whole birthday had literally been "branded" with your artwork.
John (my husband) is thrilled with his gift, and I am so happy to have been able to give him something so unique and personal".
Thanks again,
Pam Saxon
